Rural Development

The Wyoming Business Council offers rural development grants and loans to organizations to improve the conditions of rural Wyoming:

Grants:

  1. Leadership Development: 

    a)   Leadership training

    b)   Leadership education

    c)   Leadership networking

    d)   Leadership mentoring opportunities.

    Grants of up to $2,000 are available. Click here for more information

  2. Community development:

    a)   Increase the livability of communities

    b)   Increase property and/or sales tax collection

    c)   Increase local tourism spending

    Grants of up to $5,000 are available for Placemaking

    Grants of up to $2,500 are available for Local Capacity Tourism

These grants and loans are made possible through the Rural Rehabilitation Fund, administered by the Wyoming Business Council, with oversight by the USDA-Farm Service Agency.
