Jackson Hole's POP featured in national magazine

United Airlines has selected Jackson Hole's POP Fine Artisan Popcorn "I'm your Huckleberry" flavored popcorn to appear in the December 2018 Hemispheres Magazine, the airline's monthly seat-back pocket publication. The magazine compiled a holiday gift guide, choosing the locally loved brand as one of several tasty gift ideas.

Hemispheres Magazine is found worldwide in every seat-back pocket on every United and United Express aircraft.

"It’s an incredible honor," said owner, founder and self-proclaimed Chief Popperating Officer Mike Daus.

The "I'm your Huckleberry" flavor was inspired by "TopCorn," a richly addictive white-chocolate popcorn that was once manufactured by a local Huckleberry candy business, Daus said. After perfecting the recipe, using a trans-fat free Ghirardelli white chocolate coating, he combined it with huckleberry candy-coated popcorn and proclaimed it "I’m Your Huckleberry," a nod to Doc Holiday’s famous line from the movie "Tombstone." This colorful combination of purple and white popcorn kernels joins the list of other fun, themed flavor names like "Outlaw Cheddar" and "Lucky Cowboy! 3-Way Mix."

Jackson Hole POP sells freshly packaged popcorn at its online store with free shipping options nation wide. It’s also available on store shelves throughout the Jackson Hole area with the help of its many local retail partners

Jackson Hole POP also operates the Jackson Hole POP Kitchen, a community kitchen serving small food businesses, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, private chefs, culinary educators, craft service providers, community organizations and others involved in the healthy, local and sustainable food culture. They are also a member of the Wyoming Business Council's Made in Wyoming program.
